Discovering TBRI®

Discovering TBRI®
Explore Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®), an evidence-based method designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children, in this introductory class. While rooted in extensive research on attachment, sensory processing, and neuroscience, the heartbeat of TBRI® is connection. Course topics include the three principles of TBRI®: Connecting, Empowering, and Correcting; the impact of adverse childhood experiences, adversity, early harm, and toxic stress on brain development, and learning practical tools to meet a child’s physical and emotional needs and disarm fear-based behaviors.
