JOB DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Director, Programs will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) requirements and standards across Maryland CASA's 14 local offices. This role will oversee the collection, analysis, and assessment of data from each office, generate reports, and make recommendations to the leadership team. Additionally, the Assistant Director will provide quality assurance to uphold the standards set by the AOC.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Development and Outreach Manager is responsible for leading all fundraising activities, donor relations, sponsorships, and providing feedback on grant proposals for the organization. This role reports directly to the State Director.

Job Description: The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for driving the strategic messaging and outreach efforts of the organization to increase brand awareness, cultivate relationships, and support these initiatives throughout the Maryland CASA network. This includes leading social media strategy, website management, and organizing various marketing campaigns and events to promote the organization's mission, attract volunteers, and drive donations to enhance Maryland CASA Association Services. This position will collaborate with the Executive Director, Staff, Local Programs, and Board of Directors to develop and execute integrated marketing, communications, social media, and brand management strategies.
