Become a CASA Volunteer

The CASA volunteer is an advocate who is 21 years and older. The volunteers are carefully screened and receive 30-40 hours of training before being assigned to children. The primary responsibility is to serve as the "eyes and ears" of the court, gathering information from the child, his/her biological parents, foster parents, teachers, counselors, etc. and making recommendations to the judge as to what is in the child's best interest. If you would like more information about an upcoming CASA training click here   to complete the request for information form or you may download a volunteer application by clicking here .
